Looking for some recommendations please for a specialist race engine servicer/Tuner in Sussex.

My car has a RV8 in that has been modified and I would like to understand more about the power and general health before I start to drive it with any gusto...

Maybe Rolling road as well, I would be really interested to hear about anything you fill will help or is related..
