I've been tasked with finding out what the cars in this image may be:
(Image taken in England 1960)

(Original)

I know a few of them, but all are way before my time and it would save me a lot of hassle by just finding out what they may be from someone who actually knows!

A list of numbers for the copy-pasters:

1.)
2.)
3.)
4.)
5.)
6.) Austin A105
7.)
8.)
9.)
10.)
11.) Austin Healey Sprite
12.)
13.)
14.) MG Magnette
15.)
16.)
17.)
18.) Morris Minor

Thanks for the help!

Over at the petrol pumps is a splitscreen Morris Minor.

The first row on the Road I'd say.....

Austin 10 Cambridge, Standard 8 Later model Standard 8 Wauxhall Wyvern or Velox, 100e Ford, probably an Anglia.

Standard Vanguard Phase 2 Austin A30.

Coming the other way is an MG ZA Magnette.

Try for a few more later in the day. Thanks for the challenge!

Yes, i got the Standard wrong. Oddly enough, I knew about the boot lid because a friend had a 10 which I borrowed and broke one of the boot hinges whilst I was searching for tools because I'd reversed into an earth bank and blocked the exhaust so the engine wouldn't start. What larks!

I think 13 is a Ford E93a Prefect. 12 Looks like a MKII Consul - Could it be a convertible? Or is the street furniture hiding the roof?

9 (heading away) is a Ford Squire and in front of that a 'Series' Hillman MInx. 10 is a Mini.

No 9 (driving towards), possibly Wolseley 1500/Riley 1.5?

That's about the time my Dad was motorcycling. He hated cars and looking at the pic I can see why. They're crap.

Pic of Dad at some trial or other – while we're in identification mode does anyone know what type of bike this is?

Is No. 1 possibly an A30, with the smaller rear screen (not that clear on my screen)? Happy to be wrong.
