I’ve walked past this for 10yrs plus. Always undercover until the recent winds when it showed itself.

Every now and then I’ve peaked but it’s never shown itself until now…

I’m surprised how good the paint seems having been covered so long.

What is it?!

I’ve had suggestions on Fb of Lotus Espirt, Lancia Montecarlo. F512 TR and many others but none match..

For those who know, it’ll be obvious, for all those I know, no one’s ID’d it yet…

Looks to me like it's a ferrari testarossa replica of some sort..

The butresses, red box etc (whilst woefully inaccurate) do sort of show homage to

Except the Fiero vehicle has sharp-edged buttresses and the uncovered mystery car has very obvious flat-edged buttresses.

And only one has a visible seam at the back of the B pillar extending over the roof.

But they're both red.

Cheers guys!

I’ve scratched my itch and a long term question of “What’s below that cover? has been answered.

I’d known of the conversion but not that there were variations and never even made the link is so long since I’d seen one.

Ta!

Maybe the many Fiero based kit cars are not the same kit.

But they’re are all based on a Fiero.

Hateful things I use to maintain a Fezza rep for a guy the Fiero was ste made even worse by the fake body kit , dont get me started on the Pontiac electrics/loom quality

That's a real mystery!! At first I thought it was a Heron MJ1 (Esprit clone thing).... I don't think it's a Fiero based car.... Confusing, let's see if the hive mind can solve this. smile

Your smug wink must mean you know what it is. And good for you if you do! I personally don't think it's a Fiero based kit car but am all out of ideas. Care to share your thoughts?
