Guess the year from the car clues in this photo...

My eldest is playing chronophoto - guess the year from the photos, and there's a PB at stake here - if I can work out the cars.

I can't, but maybe the wisdom of PH can.

So- what year is this photo from? Looking at the clean-cut, "Right Stuff" looks, I'd say maybe late '50s but more likely first half of the 60s.

Can anyone narrow it down from the station wagon?

It’s a Cadillac, that logo was used in the 40s and 50s

I think:

1950-1954 Chrysler wagon towing. A 1946-1949 Chevrolet Stylemaster coupe on the other side of the street. 1951 to 1952 Ford "Shoebox" parked up the street.

Thanks, we went for 1953 and it turned out to be 1950, so pretty close.

I was thinking very early fifties since there isn't a TV aerial in sight. Or did the Yanks even have them back then?
