Just back from another coffee and chrome classic car meet organized by Footman James insurance

This one was at Chateau Impney in Droitwich. They are fantastic because you get such a diverse range of cars, well worth attending particularly as it's free and you get a free bacon sandwich as well !

Worth pointing out you need to get on the mailing list and bag a space as soon as they're released: these fill up very quickly. I missed out this time.

I try to go to all of them - 9am start on a Sunday so home for lunch

I've been to several of them, it not being too far from me. But I think it's now TOO big. At the one in June, I had to sit in a queue for 15 mins just to park up. It's supposed to start at 9am but I got their at 09:15 and there must have been over a 100 already parked up on the grass. I agree, there's always good spread of vehicles and they try to stop the 'gangs' turning up all in the same make and parking together, which I think is droll.

It'll be getting like car boots soon with some there at 6am....
