Online auctions
Discussion
Does anyone have experience of BiddingClassics.com, whether as a buyer or seller ? Any recommendations for other similar sites ?
I notice their charging structure is the opposite of other auction sites in that they charge the seller the commission not the buyer.
This seems odd when it is the seller who they need to convince to sign up for the service. This is perhaps why there is only one car on there.
(The commission is also similar to other sites, so not a 'cheap' alternative either)
The only thing I can think of in their favour is that I have seen them sponsor a few Youtube channels, which have also test driven some of the cars they have had for sale, so perhaps you could arrange for them to do similar coverage if it is an interesting car.
