Earliest aluminium radiators?
Discussion
Just an idle thought, but does anyone know of some examples of older classic cars that were fitted with aluminium radiators from the factory - or of known period racing cars that used aluminium radiators at the time (as opposed to copper/brass)?
I'm just writing a an assignment for my course and I'm trying to gauge when aluminium radiators became mainstream (even in exotic cars) and when they were commonly available in the racing aftermarket.
A couple of examples might give me the the search terms I need to unlock the rest of the history through Google.
Thank you.

You might have seen this already but here's a good page: http://www.fthindustries.in/evolution-automotive-r...
On a related note, when did rose-joints become common on race cars? I know their origin goes back to WW2 but as far as I can see it was mid- 60's before they were in use, I'm guessing Lotus in the forefront.
I'm rebuilding a '65 GT race car, it was a one-off and not documented, I want to keep it as in-period as possible and I'm not sure if I should rose-joint trailing arms.
