Body shop needed in Northamptonshire

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a body shop in the Northamptonshire area where they do rusty sill repairs? I live in Corby and tried all the google search results in Corby and Kettering and so far couldn't find a garage where they would do this kind of work.

Try Paul Preston, he's just north of Desborough, near Market Harborough, he specialises in Minis but works on other cars occasionally...

A bit further north is REO Motors in Oadby. I get our MOTs there and there is always an eclectic mix of stuff getting bodywork done.

Seen a lot of REO's bodywork/paintwork over the years & I used to recommend them to my own customers.

Should perhaps add that now I'm retired I no longer have customers to recommend!

I do similar restoration work and have just finished a Lancia delta and Alfasud for customers. I am possibly a bit too far away in sunny Lincolnshire however

Thanks so much for all the suggestions! I've contacted REO Motors, they will take a look on Wednesday. After some poking, Classic Barnstormers have also replied to my email and they were very professional in their answer. They are very far from me, so if REO can do the job I'll stick with them.

My classic Alfa 1750 GTV is currently at Spray-Tec in Wellingborough - they seem to be restoring quite a few Aston Martins as well

^^^ That’s what Spray Tec are famous for. They’ve restored everything up to DB4 GT and possibly Zagato as well. There’s a strong Aston community along the length of the A509 from AM Works Service of Newport Pagnell in the South, via Desmond Smail, Bodylines and Ecurie Bertelli in Olney, up to Spray Tec in Wellingborough at the top end. Next door to them is their favoured trim specialist, who did the headlining on my R5 Turbo 2 many moons ago. They should rename the A509 Aston Martin Way!
