What's This Car ?
Discussion
I just enlarged the photo to get a closer look, but unfortunately this distorted the image and the badge letters were unreadable. However I agree that there are about letters.
What did become apparent was that the chromed and shaped top of the radiator shell was a separate entity and held those large headlamps. The shell containing the radiator is behind that chromed "architecture". The radiator seems to be mesh and slightly v-shaped. Could it be a Railton?

I think you could be right with Railton. What did become apparent was that the chromed and shaped top of the radiator shell was a separate entity and held those large headlamps. The shell containing the radiator is behind that chromed "architecture". I was going to say something like an Alvis 12/50, but that's well 'spotted' that shaped part holding the much larger headlamps.
Plus the wipers sit sort of normally at the foot of the windscreen. Whereas many (like the Alvis) had wipers and motor at the top of the windscreen.
In case it's any use, here's a slightly further enhanced image (using Topaz Gigapixel AI)
