The dry stone walling suggests Oxfordshire or Gloucestershire to me.
I was looking at the colour of the stone in the houses behind, and Cotswold-ish was my immediate thought. As an aside the art master at school in the late '50s had a brace of similar RRs converted to pick-ups. Worth peanuts then!
I suspect that the dry stone walling isn't going to be much of a help here; it's as common in the Lake District as in the Cotswolds.
The house design behind is probably more of a clue, as is the fact that they are rendered walls (which is not typical of The Lakes). It looks like an expensive bit of the world. Some colour in the photo would help, but that may not be possible.

I’m not 100% sure but I thought it looked familiar…

It does look like contempery for the time housing. The drystone walling looks Scottish to me with the thin verticle stones on top.
It could just be from somewhere like Bearsden in Glasgow.
The windows aren't right for Scotland. Scottish windows are set back into the wall with an external reveal. It could just be from somewhere like Bearsden in Glasgow.
