Wondering if anyone knows of a good (pref mobile) car alarm specialist that covers Surrey area - i have a car arriving here Thursday and the doors won't lock, the immobilizer key works in the slot and allows u to start the car, but the fob that pops the doors is missing and i think it has deadlocks as the key won't move in the locks. It may well just need replacing but I thought I would go down this route first - thanks in advance!

I'm not sure if this is the answer your looking for. My Mercedes 190 came with an original dealer fit system. As I could sense the onset of senility I decided to remove it and repair all the damage to the wiring loom, with a view to replacing it. It may well be the most cost effective and simplest option.
