Has just driven past my office on the South Circular in SW London , a 3 litre Bentley and a lot of American muscle cars .

Any ideas ?

I saw something on instagram about this.

I think a local (Scottish) guy who was active in the car/bike scene had passed away, and this was to honour him.

I believe Burns night is cancelled for the foreseeable future as Rabbie worked for a slave plantation owner in his past! So no more Scots wa hae with Wallace bled the dirty bugger pissed the bed!

But then my Dad was born in Muir-of-Ord, Invernesshire, so I would have loved to see that convoy.

Slight mistake there, Muir of Ord is in Ross-Shire.
I would possibly know your dad or his family I spent my first 40 years in Muir of Ord and still havent moved far, spent the last 22 in Inverness.

But then I have only been there twice in the last 50 years!

My Dad's parents were both in service and moved to Sheen near London with their employers around the start of WW2, so I doubt he would be known in that area.

That explains it all , in fact the Mustang is at DD's showroom in Kew today
