Where could I find such ones, apart from Michelin ?

I'm not sure what 12/45 are, do the have any metric equivalent?
I know that for the 50s and 60s renault the options are michelin or vrederstein (& maybe uniroyal for a few sizes).

If you don't get anywhere then ask longstone tyres or vintage tyres. They know all, but can be a bit expensive sometimes. I guess knowledge is valuable...
