BMW e30 Classic Insurance (Car modded, no garage)
Discussion
Morning folks,
Looking at getting something slightly less loved and more frugal than the 320i to use as my daily hack (350miles a week minimum)
Got my eyes on a few things, but I'd need to swap the replacement onto the 320's insurance.
If I did that, I'd need to insure the 320i separately- likely on a Classic policy (as it'll be used as a "weekend car" only)
I dont have a garage available, and the car has been fitted with uprated and lowered suspension (bilstein B8s with a 40mm drop).
SO who would you recommend for such a policy? No Claims in last 5 years, clean licence etc.
The other option I was looking at was a multi car policy so I can earn the NCB on both cars

I had my M535i on a classic policy until last year. I called up Adrian Flux around renewal time, and they did me a 'non classic' policy (thus earning no claims
) inc comprehensive breakdown cover, for less than the renewal premium on the classic policy, £155 fully comp.
I've had modified cars insured with them in previous years, and found them quite straightforward to deal with in terms of mods, I don't think there was any premium increase for my 325i that was lowered and chipped.
