Valuation required

Hi all.

Can I have some opinions on the following please.
I require advice on what a low milage, largely unrestored, 1971 1275 cooper s, pretty much immaculate, is worth please?
I've noticed a few at 17k to 22k for a restored concourse example.

Owner reckons it can't be faulted...
Ultra low, reckons it can be proved, genuine milage too.

Just to add - I am just after a GENERAL price guide for a car such as the above. What a similar model COULD go for. Not - I think it's worth £18.435.12 - I understand it can't be exact, as I haven't been able to be exact with details, either.
Replying to the topic, saying "I have the information you need, but I am not going to share it" is about as much use as a jonny to Susan Boyle.
