New "classic" radial tyres in crossply sizes. Any good ?
Discussion
Anyone tried these ? Size I'm looking at is 640x13. A number of suppliers have a choice of Michelin or the Vredestein Classic. The Vredestein looks great but how does it drive compared to say a modern 175x13 ? I'm assuming the higher sidewall will make it more compliant so comfortable but less precise in corners ? Would really like to find someone who has tried tham as they are well over £100 a corner.
