Norton Classic Insurance - a big thumbs up
Discussion
I'm a firm believer in spreading the word about top service and today I have had just that from Norton.
I insure two classics with them and have recently sold one. I called up to cancel that policy just now, knowing as per the T&Cs that I would not receive any refund.
The lady on the phone told me that the Citroen was due for renewal in a month and that the other policy was going through to November - she immediately swapped it over at her suggestion saving my 6 months of premium I had expected to lose. No hassle, no 30 minute phone call. No paperwork on my end. Done.
Terrific customer service and very good premiums. I can't parise them highly enough and it makes a refreshing change from feeling bent over by insurance companies.
ETA: I have a limited mileage on both cars and the one sold was double that of the DS. She swapped that over too so I now have a few thousand more legal miles to go at - top work.
