Essex 3 Litre V-6 Engine Nos Codes
Discussion
Thanks for your reply, its been 25 years since i last owned/fiddled with a 3 Litre Capri !!
Yes, HY = 3 Litre V-6 , but its the Engine No. Codes for different V6s Fitments that i need to identify my Engine and what it was fitted to.
The Engine Nos appear to be stamped at the back of the block on a pad at the base of the Inlet Manifold.
My Engine is stamped STAR S S 0 4851 STAR
Above this is 6 K 13 and to the right is 3 0 above the letter G
Plus 30 Oversize maybe ?
