Sounds like some Proton board members want the new pool and retirement fund but cant takes their dividends out the main company.

Would be great if Ford bought the out and we could get the Cosworth name back in the engine bay. Sadly Honda wouldn't be interested as the Elise/Esprit would conflict with their S2000/NSX. Guess that leaves Toyota which wouldn't be too bad imo.
