pre purchase inspection but who?

I spotted a nice Lotus but now i am wondering who to ask for a pre purchase inspection.

who has a good reputation?

i would actually prefer to have the Esprit V8.
there i am actually living in Germany, i would prefer a specialist to find me or check for me.

I did that with my TVR Cerbera as well, but the specialist i used was a specialist for TVR...
but i am and was really happy with the service so that is why i like to the same for the Esprit...
