Hi can anyone tell me please what it is for ? Part no
A100L0047F. As I may want to use it for a slightly different application if it will do the job. Thanks

May be anything from two to three of them on the cars depending on emission spec though only either one or two are readily visible

On the LH inner wing between the inlet plenum pipe and headlamp motor:
Controlling the exhaust gas recirculation valve
Controlling the emission purge line to the charcoal cannister on the catalyst equipped models.

Hidden under inlet manifold:

Controlling the secondary throttles

Usually the body is light blue and a black coloured filter on top. They use a 2 pin connector like the injectors.

What do you intend using it for John?
