Cobra alarm problems

Right, I have a 98 Elise but I have no touch key, I need to get some new key fobs but you cant program them without a touch key, do you need a touch key to program another touch key or can a main dealer do this for me.
Alternatively, will I need to buy a new Cobra alarm? and if I need to do that can I change the main brain without rewiring the complete alarm system, ie, do all the bits and pieces just plug into the main brain?
