hi, I have a question that for sure is very interesting for other people from my country.
I am from Italy and many many times we discuss about drive conversion.

in our country is quite difficult (some time impossible) to obtain the approval and the official registration of this operation, even if here we have skilled technicians capable to do the job.

is it the same in UK?
for instance, is it a problem for you to make a legal conversion from LHD to RHD?

thanks a lot

...and the modification is reported on the car documents?
in other words, if someone in UK change the drive position from R to L, the conversion will appear in the car papers?
so, if I buy that car is it legally an LHD?

well, UK reg documantation does not include if it's left or right hand

either way, if it's exported, it's irrelevant anyway, all you need is a certificate of conformity
