Exporting Elise to Japan ( personal )

Problem : moving my Elise ( 3 years old from new ) to Japan. Anyone done this before - only to Japan - or heard of requirements needed - i.e emissions, headlights, noise controls etc, etc <br> <br>I've checked quite a bit on the internet but there isn't much around ( especially in English ) any info appreciated. <br> <br>* it is cheaper exporting than buying in Japan <br> <br>* Any recommended shippers/ freight forwarders* - I've got a couple in mind but recommended companies appreciated ( London / Essex areas )

Suggest you talk to Brooke Kensington www.brooke-kensington.co.uk/ i believe they export cars to Japan for Japanese customers. Maybe then can give you some pointers.
