I was wondering if anybody knows of anyone whom has converted a lotus running the 907 or 912 block to LPG, or if it is even possible? I have tried, albeit rather unsuccessfully, to find out by general google searches. If this is possible I may be very interested on carrying out the conversion (or paying to get it done). Any ideas?

There have been a couple of discussions of it on lotusexcel.net ( http://www.lotusexcel.net/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=7&... ) and LotusEspritForum - but I'm not aware of anyone doing the conversion.

I would have thought the head and fuel system would be a bigger issue than the block though.

Thankyou for the pointer. I don't really know all that much about engines and meant "block" as in the engine as a whole. I should get my terminology sorted;)

The two best people to talk about Fuel Injecting a 9xx series engine are probably Garry Kemp or Mike Taylor. I don't have Garry's details to hand, but you can reach Mike through http://www.lotusbits.com/ - he even sells all the kit required.
