275 Jobs to go

275 jobs are to go at Lotus as a result of the current economic climate. The jobs will go over the next few months. The majority of redundancies are expected to be in the manufacturing division.

One more to the list, in a few years you will find no engineers working on the car companies, because these will contract other companies to do their job.

If Lotus improved their quality and customer satisfaction they would sell more cars and not have to lay people off. Other British marques seem to be doing okay against strong competition.

Have you had a bad time with Lotus Time I found them to be nothing but excellent. the build quality of my car is excellent and they were excellent with enquieries.

Are you confusing Lotus the factory with official dealers, some of them are not so good.
