iam quite interested, and have looked at their site.

obviously i dont need to do the pass plus, but iam unsure as to which "course" i should try.

im stuck between "high performance", "advanced" and the free for all that is the airfield.

i want to know my car inside out, and so am inclined towards the airfield, but wouldnt mind doing some "racing" or learning such techniques.

any suggestions? (iam a total novice driver..been driving for 3 years but no track days!!)

cheers

I've only done the airfield a few times now. Well worth doing as you can try to learn how to catch it when the tail goes out etc.

The road stuff is probably good too, but different. The airfield is car control, the road is how to drive safely and quickly.

start off on the airfield, do a few days there, then maybe a trackday with some tuition too

I did a mix of Advanced and Performance in Wales with Andy a couple of years ago, my review is on the site. I'm not sure if he still does those any more because students kept trying to kill him. (not me, I hasten to add)

The airfield days at North Weald are fantastic and very educational. I really must go back for another one! Or two, or three!
