Servicing near Leeds plus one extra question
Discussion
Hello all
My first post on here. My 111r is due it's 3rd proper service at 25k. I'm wanting to get it done at a Lotus approved garage but wondered if there was any cheaper alternatives than jct600.
Does anybody have any recommendations?
Or as the warranty has now run out is it still worth getting it done at a Lotus approved garage? Could I just use a good normal garage, or will this radically effect re sale value? Any views?
Oliver

You don't have to use a dealer or factory approved agent for servicing to maintain warranty any more - but that's not what you're asking.
I take my Excel down to Track Torque Racing at Tockwith. Nice bunch of people, very thorough, knowledgeable, ethusiastic and most importantly honest about the work needed.
Always something interesting to see or talk about too. Always a mixture of cars in - Alfas, VWs, Porsches, Ginettas, Triumphs and the Elise they're rebuilding for competition use.
Beware the courtesy car though - vile green Polo 8-( (but it is the fastest car in the world ;-) )
