My mate (Stevo96) is selling an S2 for around the same price as the S1 in the link and i am sure he would be interested in your type R. May be worth you dropping him an email.

No mileage stated, no details of servicing, of the induction kit or 'upgraded brakes' at all. I'd say avoid it. If they can't be arsed putting the most basic of details in the advert then I wouldn't bother contacting them.....
