Warun Specialist Cars of Birmingham - are they still around?(can't find any details)- anyone used them?
Gone bust? or name change perhaps

Warun Specialist Cars are trading from a compound at 1, Anchor Road, Aldridge, WS9 8PT, tel: [phone] or Warun's mobile; 07920 525000. I believe they may also trade as "Aldridge Car Company" from the same address, as the tax disc holder they put in the cars they sell, have these details on them. It could be that they took over the site from "Aldridge Car Company" and are just using up old stock.

However, BEWARE of dealing with this company, my personal dealings with Warun have found him to be completely unreliable.

I cannot say anymore at this time for legal reasons but as soon as it is possible, I will post further details.

Never heard of Opitma, so can't say if this lot had anything to do with them. All I know is that Warun Specialst Cars is run by a bloke called Warun, who I think lives in Sutton Coldfield. I would really like to find out what his surname is, does anyone know it?

They have a website; www.warun.co.uk it gives a landline for his pitch and a mobile number for Warun but don't hold your breath if you want him to call you back.

Can anyone tell me his full name and where he lives? I really would like to know.

If its the same site on Essex Street in Birmingham, it used to Optima Sportscars, they were a Marcos dealer and dealt in various exotica, i think he used to buy written off cars and have them repaired, get them inspected and sell them at a slight discount, he did alot of TVR's back in the day as the used market was quite good at one point. A mate bought a Jag off him, after a few niggles which they sorted it was fine. I used to know Dave Read who owned it, but we kind of lost touch. I wondered if it was the same lot.

Aldridge Car Company is registered at Kingsbury RD Erdington.I have only found a WarunEE Smith from Tamworth not Sutton coldfield.
However Aldridge Car Company do have a director living in sutton coldfield.
Warun(whoever he maybe) does drive a black lambo diablo reg number W4RUN(previously on a lotus espirit)
