Interesting - who is holding your deposit, how much, and what information have you been given on the car?

Castle Lotus (L1OONY from this manor).
c.£45-£50k, mid-engined (boot behind engine) 2+2, 3.5 V6 from Toyota. Elise styling cues front and back. c.300BHP/

Easy to get in and out of (not like the VX220 I have now).

Delivery early 2009 (Jan-March)

Make sure you pay any deposit by credit card and have a clause allowing you to withdraw with no penalty at any point. Not that I'm cynical about Lotus' production schedules or anything :-)

I have to admit that I went predisposed to ordering an Eagle, and then when I got to the Lotus stand felt it was the right thing to do.
