Open Day at Hethel

Hi everyone!
I just joined the Lotus Club and found out that Lotus is having a massive open day 23rd sept at their factory in Norfolk. Looks like it should be a good day, plus each ticket also gets in 2 kids for free! I'm planning on depositing mine at the funfair then running off to race around the test track!!

What car do you drive? Yep, 'tis the 40th Anniversary of production at Hethel! I can't make it though ...

i shall be there with friends, the esprit will be proudly on show on the lotus esprit forum stand, with the full restoration on show for everyone to see. the stand will have the first s1 car there 001 and the 3rd most famous esprit in the world there mine 
which was the restoration they did and one of the race esprits there also. so a good show from the forum to support the lotus mark.
look forward to seeing everyone there and having a great time to behonest ( oh and my first ever factory trip!!!)

Hi Big man. Sorry to be picky but Gordo's car was the first production car off the production line but it is Chassis number 010. the others were prototypes and test cars!
See you all there, as the bigman says LEF will be out in force and we've booked a whole Norwich Hotel up for the whole weekend (about 60 rooms). Look for the group of people who are extremely tired and hung over!
