Price of a 89 Excel SE?

I am inquiring about the "normal" price for a red RHD 89 Excel SE with 43000mls but only 3000 the last 10 years.
The car had a rebuild for about 10.000£ 5 years ago.
I still have to see the car, but assuming it is in normal order for age what price seems acceptable?

IMHO 3000 miles in 10 years is not enough to keep it in good order.

I'd expect the calipers, hub bearings and possibly turbo to give problems due to being stood idle for so long.

(first two of these based on my own experience with a '92 Elan)

Front calipers especially benefit from constant use.

Firstly don't run the engine much before the cam belt is changed - snapped one will do the valves etc.
