I am organising a group again for this years 'Wings and Wheels' event and wondered if anyone on Pistonheads would be interested in joining in.

Please see link below:

http://forums.seloc.org/viewthread.ph

Unbelievably we have been invited back to this years 'Wings and Wheels' event being held at Dunsfold Park on Sunday 26th August 2007.

Last year was an excellent day and enjoyed by everybody who attended. See last years thread: http://forums.seloc.org/viewthread.ph

Entry prices are £10 per car and driver, plus £10 per additional Adult and £5 per child if we book before 31st May 2007 (this is a 50% discount on the show gate price).

As a static display we would be put in the reserved area at the front. We would have to be there before 9am and would not be able to leave until 6pm.

Wings & Wheels is an exceptional family day out, showcasing some of the finest civil and military aircraft displays in the UK, combined with an astounding line-up of record breaking race cars and motoring displays.

Staged on the Sunday of the August Bank Holiday weekend, the action will include:

• a dynamic 3½ hour flying display
• exciting record breaking cars
• a fly-in of vintage and classic aircraft
• motoring displays
• motorcycle displays
• military vehicle displays

The event is being staged to raise funds for local charities.

For more information on the Wings and Wheels event, you can visit: www.wingsandwheels.net/home.asp

If anyone is interested, please put your name down on the list (hosted on SELOC), indicating whether you will be taking any additional passengers and whether they are adult / child. I will have to pay for the cars in advance, so please only put your name down if you can definitely go.

Cheers, James

Azlan

Hi All,

Just a reminder...

I realise that this event is a long way off but I would like to have a final list by the beginning of May so that I can put in the application form before the deadline.

As voiced by others, it is a great event, albeit a long day.
