If I remember correctly, they were an AP component... you might try contacting AP direct.

Lotus Carlton clutches are a bespoke SACHS item. Last time I looked the friction discs were still available from Vauxhall but the pressure plates are preverbial "rocking horse ****" to find.

I got my pressure plate overhauled by Helix Autosport ( www.helix-autosport.com ) but if you have an LC then your best bet is to join the Autobahnstormers car club ( www.autobahnstormers.co.uk ), the forum alone is well worth the £30 by itself and it may be worth asking there as well to see if someone has one tucked away in a shed somewhere.
