Does anyone have experience of the cheaper £99 conversion kits as the Lotus one is 380 for S2

mh1, I assume you mean an Elise S2?

If so, we're doing exactly the same kit as the original and sell it for only approx. £220 + VAT.
The kit includes all parts, snap off, steering wheel, horn button, adapterrings etc.
