Esprit replacement delay

I heard today from a dealer that the Esprit replacement was delayed as the current devlopment model was not thought fast enough by Lotus to compete withother new models to be released at the same time by other manufacturers e.g. forthcoming entry level Ferrari Dino. So Lotus are reworking the car. Also one of the new models is to be a hot hatch, and the other a mid engined sports car, apparently the M250 brought back to life.

Yep that's what I've heard to, pushed back until 2009 but there going to release the M250 at around 300 bhp not sure what it's going to be called now thou

When, have you heard, do Lotus intend to show/launch this beautiful beast?

I just hope they stick to the previously shown concept model and don't rush a hatchet job into the market to make up for the 'lost' sales of new Esprit.

With 300bhp - I guess this will become known as M300

I don't care even if they push it back to 2019. We need that M250 or should I say M300
