Thanks, I'd forgotten about that. Haven't been for few years so I may dust off the Elan for a blast down there.

Hey Simon, see if my old Elite's there will you. I can't make it personally as I'll be in Stafford at Car Craft. Simon.

No probs, if I see her will pass on all your best - have you decided on a replacement yet?

Not sure if I will make it there yet but in case any M100 owners (Clanger?) are interested, quite a big group of M100's will congregate up at the Donnington services (J23A) 9:30 on Saturday leaving by 10:15 (latest) for the show.
They will all park up together and then meet back at the cars at 2:30 for discussions about leaking roof seals, electric window fixes, dump valves, manual boost controllers etc. etc. See Rod's site www.mardibloke.co.uk for info. Laurence (BRG S2)

The show is on Sunday as well ? Donington have a Trackday on the same day. Great to see private cars being put through their paces.

Not yet. I've been toying with the idea of a cheap(ish) Ferarri, a Mondial or 308GT4, but horror stories of service bills have made be reel backwards. I'll probably end up with an S3 Esprit. There are worse places to end up! Hope you havbe a good time at Donnington, and if the "Devil Car" is there, don't believe anything the new owner may have to say about me!

There is no such thing as a cheap Ferrari - avoid 'em like the plague - have owned 246GT and 308GTB - You need the debt of a third world country to run one - will never, ever buy another..

Wish my Elan sounded like a 308GTB though
