Go to www.photobucket.com and sign up for a free account. Or easilier go to www.tinypic.com
Follow the instructions to upload the picture you want to the internet and then get the URL that the picture is hosted at, it should be shown next to the picture on the sites I mentioned, otherwise right click on the picture, and click properties, you will see the url in there. Should be a normal web address with .jpg at the end. highlight it and right click, then copy.
Pop on back over to good old pistonheads and hit reply on this thread then enter [pic] your copied url, hit ctrl V or right click and paste, then type [/pic] with no spaces between.
Hit submit reply and voila.
