Hi i have just bought a lotus eclat 1979 need advice pls

Hi all i have just bought a lotus eclat 2.0 1979 model 521 in yellow and was wondering where to get some new front seats or get them re covered as they are in poor condition also the steering wheel is faded ? also does anyone know what the 4 way switch is for on the drivers side door panel with l and r features ?
