Pre Purchase Inspection

Hello all,
I'm just about to take the plunge and purchase my first Lotus Eise S2.
Can somebody help me by letting me know who would be the best person to do a pre purchase inspection on the car. I am buying privately and it is located in Derby.

Also when I get it home, (Pontefract, West Yorkshire) is there a independent garage which is recognised as being good for service?

Also try on SELOC for a wider audience. Horizon Motorsport in Brum are well recommended but that may be a little to far to travel.

Don't waste money on RAC/AA inspection - not worth the paper they're written on.
