Plans Motorsport can tweak and test your Lotus on Top Gear's circuit
Plans Motorsport based at Dunsfold are making the move to servicing road cars as well as looking after race teams.
Whilst that may not be ground breaking news, there is one unique claim that Plans can make which sets them apart - they have access to the Top Gear test track
Up to now Plans Motorsport has only worked on race cars - building, preparing and supporting mid-engined sports race cars, currently running three Lotus Elises (an S2, S1 and Exige) in the AMOC Yokohama Mid-Engined Sports Car Series. Plans Motorsport are the only team racing all three models.
The company is based in modern, purpose built premises at Dunsfold Park, near Guildford, Surrey, home of BBC's "Top Gear". Cars can now be set-up and tested using the on-site “Stig” circuit.
Plans Motorsport can help with anything from a simple A-service to a full engine conversion. They employ ex-main dealer, fully Lotus trained staff, backed up by a professional automotive engineering background.
