Yup - These were not converted by Lotus. I forget who did the
conversion but there were at least 3 of them made. The car loses
a lot of rigidity without the original top, and that engine cover
is pretty darned ugly in my opinion.

Got to agree that the engine cover is pretty ugly which is what made me think it wasn't a Lotus conversion.

I've seen one these around Deptford/Blackheath, looks bloody awful.
