Lotus history question...

Does anyone here know who the Managing Director of Lotus was in 1980 please? Reason I ask is that in casual conversation between my other half and an old school friend of hers, her friend mentioned that his dad bought a large house from the MD of Lotus that year, but can't recall his name. I've done a google search but so far nothing has come up.

Chapman was still around in 1980, but could have been Mike Kimberley who was MD around then?

Thanks, it's possible it might be him

Presumably Chapman was chairman until his death in '82.
