To wax or not to wax?

Hi all,
My Evora GT410 Sport has been pretty stationary over Winter, although had a couple of drives (and has been sitting outside).
I’ve noticed a little rust on the wheel hubs, which I guess can be removed with some WD40 and a brush but it got me thinking about the underside of the car.
Is it worth getting a dealer to put up on the ramp, do a thorough clean and wax treatment (I’ve been offered this but not sure if it’s a valid exercise)?
