Well what a nice surprise. In the post this week arrived a jiffy bag with a lovely B&C keyring and a letter from the boys looking forward to the arrival of my new Emira. With a bit of a vacuum in comms from Lotus HQ, that felt very nice to me!

A random though I had was about how the dealer gets credit from Lotus for the "sale". Does it need to be collected from the dealer for them to get paid commission? Is the keyring a reminder that they are still there?

Dealer will need to manage delivery process to receive the agent fee.

The key ring is a reminder that they would like to deliver the car to you.
