Not sure how many on here track their cars but might get a better answer over on SELOC.
The majority of failures I have seen mentioned have either been down to oil starvation due to high cornering speed on long corners but I think you need to be running slicks to generate enough force for this. The other one is down to buzzing or overreving the engine by selecting a lower gear when you mean to change up.
