Do lotus do extended warranties?

I have an evora 400 on my list of potential purchase. If bought from a Lotus dealer, is there an option to extend the warranty? For example on a 2018 car, could I renew the warranty each year? If so, does anyone have the details of the terms and rough prices please?

Yes they do extended warranties. I extended the warranty on my Elise for 2years (£800) after the crappy 2 year manufacturer warranty expired. Although this may be dealership specific. Mine is Bell and Colvill. Not sure how long you can extend the warranty for.

Lotus are implementing a "proper" warranty not sure when it will be rolled out (maybe it already has been!) but its still 3rd party backed but will just be the same product offered from all dealers.

Earlier this year they did introduce a more uniform approved scheme the warranty may have been part of that.
