Bargain or money pit (M100)?

As title, really. This is an M100 turbo with an MOT. A little shabby, but surprisingly (to me) cheap.
What's the collective view? Is this where M100 prices are right now? And how close to divorce would the ownership proposition take me?!

It's a bit tatty, but not the end of the world. The interior is s
t. The bodywork & paint looks ok.
The engines are good, with very few if any problems reported. Prices tend to be all over the show, but tidied, clean & sorted that one I'm guessing would be around 5-6k, but that would be driven by the mileage It needn't be a money pit depending how it is mechanically, but I don't think it's a great bargin either.
