Does anyone know the car?

Also, bit of a piece of string question, but from past experience and with current market a bit stagnent for classic cars. Could you reasonably expect a cheap car, or would it be best to forget it and go for finding a car through dealer or private that at least you can test?

interesting interior...never seen an excel with a suede instrument-binnacle...maybe refurbished?

but why no engine pictures....no detailed pictures which might indicate the low mileage (could be also 118.000)....and why this ugly-aftermarket-sunroof?
